I can't create an account

If you are unable to create an account with SureSMS, it is usually due to one of the reasons below. The restrictions help us protect the platform from abuse and ensure that SureSMS is only used in the areas and networks we support.

The phone number has already been used

A phone number can only be linked to one account at a time. If your phone number has already been used for a SureSMS account and the account has been blocked, you cannot create a new account with the same number.

In this situation, contact SureSMS support and ask to have the account reviewed and possibly reopened.

The phone number is not supported

SureSMS only offers the solution in Europe. Therefore, you may find that account creation is rejected if the phone number is from a country or operator that we do not support.

This can also happen if the operator cannot be validated correctly or if the number belongs to a type of number that cannot be used for account creation.

Your IP address is not supported

An IP address is the address your internet connection uses when your computer, phone or tablet visits a website. Among other things, it can tell you which country or network the connection is coming from.

As SureSMS is only offered in Europe, account creation may be rejected if your IP address appears to come from outside Europe.

If you are in Europe but still get rejected, it could be because you are using a VPN, proxy, remote desktop or corporate network that makes the connection look like it is coming from another country. In this case, try disabling the VPN/proxy or creating the account from a regular internet connection.

The email address is not supported

Some email addresses cannot be used for account creation. For example, temporary email addresses, disposable addresses or domains that cannot be validated correctly.

Try using a regular work or company email address. If you think your email address should be supported, feel free to contact SureSMS support.

What do I do now?

If you still cannot create an account, please contact SureSMS support. Please include the phone number and email address you tried to create the account with and the country you are in. Then we can help you faster.
