How SMS Works in Klaviyo with SureSMS

1) You can send text messages directly from Klaviyo flows via SureSMS.
2) You can sync contacts from Klaviyo to SureSMS and use SureSMS to send the text messages.
Send SMS directly from Klaviyo flows
You can use Klaviyo for your flows and send text messages via SureSMS’s SMS API instead of being limited to Klaviyo’s native SMS service. That way, Klaviyo remains the hub for automation, while SureSMS handles delivery through an SMS gateway with strong coverage in Denmark and Europe.
The advantages is that you can continue working in Klaviyo and use SMS in the flows you’re already familiar with. This is especially relevant for abandoned cart, winback, welcome flows, inventory notifications, and campaigns where SMS needs to work in tandem with email.
Pay attention to, that some of the advanced SureSMS features are best used directly within SureSMS. This applies, for example, to large bulk messages, attachments, and MobilePay links in messages.
Synchronizing contacts
You can also sync contacts from Klaviyo to SureSMS. This means that SureSMS periodically pulls new contacts from Klaviyo and adds them to a group in SureSMS.
