SureSMS

Send text messages to customers from Shopify

Shopify SMS This means that SureSMS retrieves customers and new orders from Shopify, so you can use that data to send text messages from SureSMS. You don't need to create a Shopify app or copy API keys.

Typical scenarios include a campaign targeting customers who have made a purchase, or a follow-up message that you send yourself via SureSMS based on orders that have been received.

You need to take care of that first

  • A SureSMS account where you can open Integrations → Shopify.
  • A Shopify subscription in SureSMS. The portal shows the price and whether the rest of the month is free.
  • The store's permanent address on the form your-store.myshopify.com. It's not necessarily the nice-sounding domain that customers see.
  • A Shopify user who is authorized to approve apps.
