At SureSMS you have many options to get support for your SMS solution:
Remote support
At times, we need to be able to access your computer to provide the best support. Click the blue button to allow us temporary access.
With Team Viewer we can provide direct support
If our customers need more hands on help, we often use Team Viewer. Through this program we can provide remote support.
This means that even if we're in Hvidovre, Denmark and you're somewhere else, we can go directly into your computer and see what's wrong.
You give us temporary access to your computer by sharing an ID and password with us. The access is of course temporary and will be deleted as soon as the program is shut down.
