Transmitter ID guidelines: Alphanumeric transmitter IDs are supported for both Digicel and Cable & Wireless networks. Numeric transmitter IDs are not supported unless a bidirectional service is used. Generic sender IDs such as INFO, SMS, NOTICE etc. are prohibited.
Use cases and content: Before sending marketing traffic, opt-in consent from users is required. P2P traffic is prohibited. No political, religious, unsolicited advertising or gambling-related content may be sent. There are no additional content restrictions beyond those stated in our Acceptable Use Policy.
