Notes

Ukraine (UA) has specific rules for sending SMS messages. Alphanumeric sender IDs are allowed, but they must include the brand name. Numeric sender IDs are not supported unless a two-way service is used. It is important to note that numeric sender IDs may be overwritten to ensure delivery. Generic sender IDs such as INFO, SMS, NOTICE, etc. are not allowed.

When it comes to marketing traffic, it is necessary to obtain consent from users before sending messages. P2P traffic is prohibited and no content related to politics, religion, unsolicited promotion or gambling may be sent. There are no additional content restrictions beyond those stated in our Acceptable Use Policy.

It is important to be aware that the rules for SMS sending can change and we do our best to ensure that all information is updated and correct. For further information or assistance, it is recommended to contact an expert.
