Transmitter ID guidelines: Dynamic alphanumeric transmitter IDs are supported, but pre-registration is required for the MTN network (63402). Transmitter IDs are toggle sensitive and must include the brand name. Numeric transmitter IDs are not supported unless offered through our two-way service. Generic transmitter IDs such as INFO, SMS, NOTICE, etc. are prohibited. To start the Sender ID registration process, please contact your account manager or support.
Use cases and content guidelines: Before sending marketing traffic, consent from mobile users is required. P2P traffic is prohibited. No political, religious, unsolicited promotional or gambling content may be sent. There are no additional content restrictions beyond those stated in our Acceptable Use Policy.
