Notes

Country: Slovakia (SK).

Slovakia has specific guidelines for sending SMS messages. Alphanumeric sender IDs are generally supported, but it is important to note that numeric sender IDs are not supported by T-Mobile and O2. All numeric sender IDs will be changed to ensure delivery. Generic sender IDs such as INFO, SMS, NOTICE etc. are prohibited; it is recommended to use a representative brand or company name to ensure delivery.

When it comes to marketing traffic, it is necessary to obtain consent from users before sending messages. P2P traffic is not allowed and no content related to politics, religion, unsolicited advertising or gambling may be sent. There are no additional content restrictions beyond those stated in our Acceptable Use Policy.

It is important to be aware that the rules for SMS messages can change and we strive to keep all information up-to-date and accurate. For further information and advice, please contact our experts.
