Notes

Country: Serbia (RS).

Sender ID guidelines: In Serbia it is possible to use alphanumeric sender IDs, but registration is mandatory to ensure delivery. Telenor (22001) supports alphanumeric transmitter IDs, while other networks offer dynamic transmitter ID. Numeric sender IDs are generally not supported unless it is through a two-way service. In such cases, numeric sender IDs will be overwritten to ensure delivery. Generic sender IDs such as INFO, SMS, NOTICE etc. are prohibited; it is recommended to use a representative brand or company name to ensure delivery. To start the Sender ID registration process, please contact your account manager or support.

Use cases and content: Before sending marketing messages, consent from recipients is required. P2P traffic is prohibited, as is content related to politics, religion, unsolicited promotion or gambling. There are no additional content restrictions beyond those described in our Acceptable Use Policy.

Please note that the rules for SMS broadcasting in different countries may change and we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies. However, we do our best to ensure that all information on specific terms is up to date and correct.
