Notes
Country: Russian Federation (RU).
Sender ID guidelines: Alphanumeric Sender IDs require registration. Unregistered sender IDs will be overwritten to ensure delivery. Numeric Sender IDs are not supported unless offered as part of a two-way service. Generic sender IDs such as INFO, SMS, NOTICE, etc. are prohibited. To begin the Sender ID registration process, please contact your account manager or support.
Use cases and content: Russia is a large SMS market and there are filters in place, meaning that even legitimate A2P traffic can be blocked. It is therefore important to use a direct connection. Before sending marketing traffic, consent is required from recipients.
Additional information: P2P traffic is prohibited. Content related to politics, religion, unsolicited promotion or gambling is not allowed. There are no additional content restrictions beyond those stated in our Acceptable Use Policy.
Please note that SMS broadcasting terms in individual countries are constantly changing and we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies. However, we do our best to ensure that all information on specific terms is up-to-date and accurate.
