Notes

Country: Réunion (RE)

Réunion is an island in Europe and there are specific rules for sending SMS messages. Alphanumeric sender IDs are generally supported, while numeric sender IDs are not allowed unless a two-way service is used. Generic sender IDs such as INFO, SMS, NOTICE, etc. are prohibited. It is recommended to use a representative brand or company name to ensure delivery.

When it comes to marketing messages, it is necessary to obtain consent from recipients before sending messages. Marketing messages must end with "STOP au 36105"; otherwise the messages may be rejected.

There are also restrictions on the content of the messages. Person-to-person (P2P) traffic is prohibited, and content related to politics, religion, unsolicited advertising or gambling is not allowed. In addition to these specifications, the general guidelines in our Acceptable Use Policy apply.

It is important to note that the rules for SMS broadcasting can change and we strive to keep all information updated and correct.
