Notes
Montenegro (ME) has specific guidelines for sending SMS messages. For alphanumeric sender IDs, for Telenor, all senders will be changed to SMS_Info to ensure delivery. If you wish to keep your sender ID, you can contact your account manager or our support team to have it registered. For T-Mobile and MTEL, dynamic sender IDs are available and all senders are accepted.
Numeric sender IDs are generally not supported unless a two-way service is used. Generic sender IDs such as INFO, SMS, NOTICE, VERIFY, SMSINFO etc. are not allowed. It is recommended to use a representative brand or company name to ensure delivery.
When it comes to usage and content, opt-in consent is required from mobile users before sending marketing messages. P2P traffic is prohibited and no political, religious, unsolicited promotional or gaming content may be sent. There are no additional content restrictions beyond those stated in our Acceptable Use Policy.
It is important to note that SMS broadcasting terms in individual countries may change and we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies. However, we do our best to ensure that all information on specific terms is up to date and correct.
