Mayotte is subject to specific rules for sending A2P SMS messages. Alphanumeric and numeric sender IDs are allowed, but generic sender IDs such as INFO, SMS, NOTICE etc. are prohibited. For marketing traffic, opt-in consent is required from recipients and messages must end with "STOP au 36105" to avoid rejection.
