Notes

Mali (ML) has specific guidelines for sending SMS messages. Alphanumeric sender IDs are supported, but they must include the brand name. Numeric sender IDs are not allowed unless a two-way service is used. Generic sender IDs such as INFO, SMS, NOTICE, etc. are prohibited.

When it comes to marketing traffic, prior consent is required from recipients before messages are sent. It is important to note that person-to-person (P2P) traffic is prohibited. Content related to politics, religion, unsolicited advertising or gambling is not allowed. In addition, the general guidelines in our Acceptable Use Policy apply.

We strive to keep all information up to date and accurate, but we cannot accept responsibility for changes in regulations. For further information or specific advice, it is recommended to contact an expert.
