Sender ID guidelines: Alphanumeric sender IDs are supported, while numeric sender IDs are not allowed unless part of a two-way service. Numeric sender IDs may be overwritten to ensure delivery. Generic sender IDs such as INFO, SMS, NOTICE, etc. are prohibited.

Use cases and content: Before sending marketing messages, consent is required from recipients. P2P traffic is prohibited, as is content related to politics, religion, unsolicited promotion or gambling. There are no additional content restrictions beyond those stated in our Acceptable Use Policy.
