Notes

Country: Ireland (IE).

Summary: Due to an increase in spam and smishing SMS messages in Ireland, the local Irish communications regulator, ComReg, has established a sender ID registration program. This program will come into effect on May 27, 2025. Customers must first register their Sender IDs directly through the regulator's registration portal to protect their Sender IDs (SID owner). Once registration is complete, customers can register the SID via our platform. All Sender IDs are subject to regulatory approval.

Important dates for ComReg's shipper ID registration initiative:
- May 27, 2025: The registration portal goes live on the ComReg website.
- July 2025: Unregistered sender IDs will be changed to "Likely Fraud" when trying to send to Irish numbers.
- October 2025: All unregistered sender IDs will be blocked when trying to send to Irish numbers.

Registration process: Customers must first register their Sender IDs directly with the regulator's registration portal to protect their Sender IDs as SID owners and start the application profile. Customers must identify our platform as their participating partner, which allows us to register any additional Sender IDs on behalf of the customer if they wish. Once the application is approved, customers do not need to notify us as we will receive a confirmation from ComReg (this takes approximately 3-5 working days). After the initial registration with ComReg, customers can apply for additional sender IDs via the customer dashboard as usual. Customers will receive an email confirmation for each application directly from ComReg for their registration as well as for any registrations made by us on behalf of the customer.

We do our best to ensure that all information about specific terms is up-to-date and correct. Please note that the terms for SMS broadcasting in individual countries are constantly changing,
