Transmitter ID guidelines: Alphanumeric transmitter IDs may be overwritten to a local numeric origination number by operators. Numeric transmitter IDs are not supported unless a bidirectional service is offered. Numeric sender IDs will be overwritten to ensure delivery. Generic sender IDs such as INFO, SMS, NOTICE etc. are prohibited. It is recommended to use a representative brand or company name to ensure delivery.
Use cases and content guidelines: Before sending marketing messages, consent from mobile users is required. P2P traffic is prohibited, as is content related to politics, religion, unsolicited promotion or gambling. There are no additional content restrictions beyond those stated in our Acceptable Use Policy.
