Notes

Honduras (HN) is located in Central America and has the country code 504. When sending SMS messages to Honduras, there are specific sender ID guidelines. Alphanumeric sender IDs are generally not supported and may be overwritten to ensure delivery, with the exception of the Claro network, where alphanumeric sender IDs used before November 1, 2025 are approved. To introduce a new alphanumeric sender ID, please contact your account manager for registration requirements.

Numeric sender IDs are not supported unless offered through a two-way service. These numeric sender IDs will also be overwritten to ensure delivery. Generic sender IDs such as INFO, SMS, NOTICE, etc. are prohibited.

For marketing traffic, prior consent from users is required before messages are sent. P2P traffic is prohibited, as is content related to politics, religion, unsolicited advertising or gambling. There are no additional content restrictions beyond those stated in our Acceptable Use Policy.

It is important to note that the rules for SMS sending in different countries may change and we strive to keep the information updated and correct. For further questions or assistance, please feel free to contact us.
