Notes

Country: Guinea-Bissau (GW)

Guinea-Bissau is an African country with specific guidelines for sending SMS messages. For alphanumeric sender IDs, dynamic alphanumeric sender IDs are supported, except on the MTN network (63202) where pre-registration is mandatory. Sender IDs are case sensitive and must include the brand name. Numeric sender IDs are allowed on all networks except MTN (63202) where the sender ID will be overwritten to ensure delivery. Generic sender IDs such as INFO, SMS, NOTICE etc. are not allowed.

To start the Sender ID registration process, it is recommended to contact your account manager or support. When sending marketing messages, opt-in consent is required from the recipients. It is important to note that P2P traffic is prohibited and no political, religious, unsolicited advertising or gambling content may be sent. Further content restrictions follow our Acceptable Use Policy.

We do our best to ensure that all information on specific terms is up-to-date and accurate, but we cannot be held responsible for any changes in the rules. For more information or assistance, please feel free to contact our support team.
