Sender IDs used before November 1, 2025 are whitelisted at the Claro network. To introduce a new alphanumeric sender ID to Claro, please contact your account manager for information on registration requirements.
Numeric sender IDs are not supported unless offered as part of a two-way service. Generic sender IDs such as INFO, SMS, NOTICE, etc. are not allowed.
When sending marketing messages, opt-in consent is required from the recipients. It is important to note that P2P traffic is prohibited, nor is content related to politics, religion, unsolicited promotion or gambling.
