Notes

Eritrea (ER) has specific guidelines for sending SMS messages. Alphanumeric sender IDs are allowed, as are numeric sender IDs. However, generic sender IDs such as INFO, SMS, NOTICE, etc. are not allowed.

When it comes to marketing traffic, it's important to obtain consent from recipients before sending messages. It is important to note that person-to-person (P2P) traffic is prohibited and content related to politics, religion, unsolicited promotion or gambling is not allowed. In addition to these specifications, our Acceptable Use Policy applies to all messages sent to Eritrea.

We recommend staying up to date on any changes to the rules for sending SMS messages, as these may change over time. Our goal is to ensure that all information is correct and up-to-date so that our customers can send messages in accordance with current legislation.
