Transmitter ID guidelines: Alphanumeric transmitter IDs are supported. Numeric sender IDs are also supported, with the exception of the Telenor network where international numeric sender IDs are not allowed. It is possible that numeric sender IDs may be overwritten to ensure delivery. Generic sender IDs such as INFO, SMS, NOTICE, etc. are prohibited.

Usage and content guidelines: Before sending marketing traffic, consent is required from the recipients. P2P traffic is prohibited. Content related to politics, religion, unsolicited advertising or gambling is not allowed. There are no additional content restrictions beyond those described in our Acceptable Use Policy.
