Burkina Faso (BF) is located in Africa and has the country code 226. When sending SMS messages to this country, there are specific sender ID guidelines. Dynamic alphanumeric sender IDs are supported, while numeric sender IDs are allowed on all networks except Orange (61302) where the sender ID will be changed to ensure delivery. Generic sender IDs such as INFO, SMS and NOTICE are not allowed.

For marketing messages, prior consent from the recipients is required.
