Sender ID guidelines require registration of alphanumeric sender IDs. Numeric Sender IDs are not supported unless offered as part of a two-way service and will be overwritten to ensure delivery. Generic sender IDs such as INFO, SMS, NOTICE, etc. are prohibited. To start the Sender ID registration process, please contact your account manager or support.
Use cases and content: Before sending marketing messages, consent is required from recipients. To reduce the risk of SMS spam, operators have introduced time restrictions for all networks. Marketing messages may not be sent during the following times: Monday to Friday - nothing between 21:00 and 09:00. Saturday - nothing before 12:00 or after 18:00. Sunday - nothing may be sent.
Additional information: P2P traffic is prohibited. Political, religious, unsolicited promotion or content related to gambling is not allowed. There are no additional content restrictions beyond those stated in our Acceptable Use Policy.
