Notes

American Samoa (AS) has specific SMS sending guidelines that must be followed. Alphanumeric sender IDs are supported, while numeric sender IDs are not allowed unless a two-way service is used. Generic sender IDs such as INFO, SMS, NOTICE, etc. are prohibited.

For marketing messages, prior consent from the recipients is required. It is important to note that person-to-person (P2P) traffic is prohibited, as is content related to politics, religion, unsolicited advertising or gambling. In addition to these specifications, our Acceptable Use Policy applies to all broadcasts.

SMS broadcasting rules may change and we strive to keep the information updated and correct. For further information or questions, please feel free to contact our experts.
