Samoa (WS) has specific guidelines for sending SMS messages. Alphanumeric and numeric sender IDs are supported, but generic sender IDs such as INFO, SMS and NOTICE are not allowed. When sending marketing messages, it is necessary to obtain consent from the recipients.
