Sender ID guidelines: Alphanumeric sender IDs are generally supported. Numeric sender IDs are generally not supported unless they are offered as part of a two-way service. Generic sender IDs such as INFO, SMS, NOTICE etc. are prohibited. It is recommended to use a representative brand or company name to ensure delivery. Sender IDs containing operator names (e.g. "Orange," "Play" etc.) and sensitive sender IDs (like "Police") will be blocked.
Usage and content guidelines: Messages related to gambling, including betting odds, will be rejected. Before sending marketing messages, consent from the recipients is required. A2P messages containing advertisements for premium services will be rejected. Messages containing premium numbers and card numbers in the text will also be blocked as such messages are not allowed to be sent via A2P connections.
Additional information: P2P traffic is prohibited. Political, religious and unsolicited promotion is not allowed. Content related to gambling is only allowed for licensed providers recognized by the Ministry of Finance and the provider must have consent from the subscriber to send the messages. There are no additional content restrictions beyond those stated in our Acceptable Use Policy.
