Transmitter ID guidelines: Alphanumeric transmitter IDs are supported and transmitter ID registration is available for MyTel. Unregistered alphanumeric transmitter IDs will be overwritten to ensure delivery. Numeric transmitter IDs will also be overwritten to ensure delivery. Generic Sender IDs such as INFO, SMS, NOTICE etc. are prohibited. To start the Sender ID registration process, please contact your account manager or support.
Use cases and content: Before sending marketing messages, consent from recipients is required. P2P traffic is prohibited. No political, religious, unsolicited promotional or gambling content may be sent. There are no additional content restrictions beyond those stated in our Acceptable Use Policy.
