Notas

Puerto Rico (PR) is part of North America and subject to the North American Numbering Plan (NANP). When sending SMS messages to Puerto Rico, specific sender ID rules apply. Alphanumeric sender IDs are not supported and numeric sender IDs can only be used if they are associated with a two-way service. Local telecom operators in Puerto Rico do not require 10DLC registration, but some US telecom operators offering local service do. It is important to follow the relevant guidelines for numeric sender IDs.

When sending marketing messages, consent must be obtained from the recipients. It is also important to note that P2P traffic is prohibited, as is content related to politics, religion, unsolicited advertising or gambling. There are no additional content restrictions beyond those stated in our Acceptable Use Policy. We strive to keep our information updated and correct, but we cannot be held responsible for changes in the rules.
