Belarus has specific rules for sending SMS messages. To use alphanumeric sender IDs, registration is required. Once alphanumeric sender IDs are registered, numeric sender IDs are not accepted. Generic sender IDs such as INFO, SMS, NOTICE etc. are not allowed. To begin the Sender ID registration process, please contact your account manager or support.
When it comes to usage and content, it is important to obtain consent from users before sending marketing messages. P2P traffic is not allowed, and no political, religious, unsolicited advertising or gambling content may be sent. There are no additional content restrictions beyond those stated in our Acceptable Use Policy.
