Notes

Venezuela (VE) is located in South America and has a mobile country code (MCC) of 734. When sending SMS messages to this country, there are specific sender ID guidelines. Alphanumeric sender IDs are not supported and may be overwritten to ensure delivery. However, registered alphanumeric sender IDs are allowed and you can find more information about the registration process by contacting your account manager or support. Numeric sender IDs are not allowed unless they are offered as part of a two-way service. Generic sender IDs such as INFO, SMS, NOTICE, etc. are prohibited.

When it comes to content and use cases, consent is required from recipients before sending marketing messages. It is important to note that person-to-person (P2P) traffic is prohibited, as is content related to politics, religion, unsolicited advertising or gambling. There are no additional content restrictions beyond those stated in our Acceptable Use Policy.

It's important to be aware that the rules for SMS broadcasting can change and we strive to keep the information updated and accurate. For further assistance or questions, we recommend contacting our experts.
