Notes

Country: Turkmenistan (TM).

In Turkmenistan, there are specific guidelines for sending SMS messages. Alphanumeric sender IDs are not supported and may be changed to a random number to ensure delivery. Numeric sender IDs are also not allowed unless a two-way service is offered. These may also be changed to ensure delivery. Generic sender IDs such as INFO, SMS, NOTICE, etc. are prohibited.

When it comes to marketing traffic, it is important to obtain consent from users before sending messages. P2P traffic is not allowed and no content related to politics, religion, unsolicited promotion or gambling may be sent. There are no additional content restrictions beyond those described in our Acceptable Use Policy.

It is important to note that the rules for SMS broadcasting in individual countries may change and we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies. However, we endeavor to ensure that all information on specific terms is up to date and accurate.
