Paraguay (PY) has specific guidelines for sending SMS messages. Alphanumeric sender IDs are not supported and numeric sender IDs are only allowed if offered as part of a two-way service. Generic sender IDs such as INFO, SMS, NOTICE, etc. are prohibited.
