Transmitter ID guidelines: Dynamic alphanumeric transmitter IDs are supported, but for the INWI/WANA (60402) network, pre-registration is mandatory. Sender IDs are case-sensitive and must contain the brand name. Numeric Sender IDs are not supported unless offered as part of a two-way service. Generic Sender IDs such as INFO, SMS, NOTICE, etc. are prohibited. To start the Sender ID registration process, please contact your account manager or support.
Use cases and content guidelines: Before sending marketing traffic, opt-in consent is required from mobile users. P2P traffic is prohibited. No political, religious, unsolicited advertising or gaming content may be sent. There are no additional content restrictions beyond those stated in our Acceptable Use Policy.
