Jamaica (JM) is part of North America and has the country code 1876. When sending SMS messages to Jamaica, there are specific guidelines to follow. Alphanumeric sender IDs are supported, but numeric sender IDs are not allowed unless offered as part of a two-way service. Generic sender IDs such as INFO, SMS, NOTICE, etc. are prohibited.
