Notes
Iran (IR) has specific guidelines for sending SMS messages. The Sender ID must be alphanumeric and contain the brand name, and it is important to note that Sender IDs are case-sensitive. For the MCI network, pre-registration is required. Numeric transmitter IDs are not supported unless offered as part of a two-way service. Generic transmitter IDs such as INFO, SMS, NOTICE etc. are prohibited. To begin the Sender ID registration process, please contact your account manager or support.
It should be noted that registrations in Iran are currently paused until further notice and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
When it comes to marketing traffic, it is necessary to obtain consent from mobile users before sending messages. P2P traffic is prohibited and no content that is political, religious, unsolicited promotional or gambling-related may be sent. In addition to these guidelines, our Acceptable Use Policy also applies.
We strive to keep all information up to date and accurate, but please note that the terms for SMS messages in individual countries may change.
