Notes
Cuba (CU) has specific guidelines for sending SMS messages. Dynamic alphanumeric sender IDs are supported, but they must include the brand name. Numeric sender IDs are not allowed unless offered as part of a two-way service. Generic sender IDs such as INFO, SMS, NOTICE, etc. are prohibited.
Before sending marketing messages, consent is required from the recipients. It is important to note that P2P traffic is prohibited, as is content related to politics, religion, unsolicited promotion or gambling. There are no additional content restrictions beyond those stated in our Acceptable Use Policy.
We recommend that you stay updated on the current rules as the terms and conditions for SMS broadcasts may change. We strive to ensure that all information is accurate and up to date.
