Transmitter ID guidelines: Alphanumeric transmitter IDs are dynamically supported on all networks. Numeric transmitter IDs are not supported on Mobilis (60301) and Wataniya (60303) unless a two-way service is offered. Generic sender IDs such as INFO, SMS, NOTICE, etc. are prohibited.

Usage and content guidelines: Before sending marketing traffic, consent from mobile users is required. P2P traffic is prohibited. Content related to politics, religion, unsolicited promotion or gambling is not allowed. There are no additional content restrictions beyond those stated in our Acceptable Use Policy.
