CAS booking system has created a turnkey integration to SureSMS. This means that you can get SMS support in your CAS booking system with just a few clicks.

A number of customers are already using the solution and it is tried and tested and works perfectly. The customers who use the solution today use it as a supplement to the app that already exists on the CAS booking system. If a shift is very difficult to book or it is an urgent task, SMS can provide a better response rate than sending the shift out on the app.

 

CAS has developed a booking system to help planners cover unoccupied shifts in an efficient and smart way. In the system, you can create shifts for your permanent staff as well as for your 'own' temporary staff on the wards.

Schedulers create shifts in the web part or via an associated 'scheduler' app. Once the shift is created, it is sent to the 'temp' app, where temps receive a notification about the available shift.

Personalized SMS

CAS offers to personalize your SMS messages so you can include information about the shift you want to fill. Or you can write the name of the person you're sending the SMS to to make it more personal and relevant to respond to.
