    \n\t\t\tCreate new group\t<\/h2>\n\t

    Let's start by looking at how to create a group.<\/p>\n\t

    Log in to your SureSMS account here : https:\/\/app.suresms.com<\/a><\/p>\n

    In the menu, select Address book -> Groups<\/em><\/p>\n

    In the top right corner, click on \"Choice\"<\/em><\/p>\n

    Select Create new <\/em>\u00a0in the submenu<\/p>\n

    Enter at least the name of the group. Below you can see the screenshot with explanations for each field.<\/p>\n

    Finish by clicking on Gem<\/em><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

    \n\t\t\tGroup fields\t<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\"Address\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    Group name<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t

    It is the name of the group itself. There is reasonable freedom of choice here. However, the group cannot start with a number. It is also not allowed to use parentheses.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    URL for custom CSS<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t

    If the publicly available signup form needs to use the stylesheet from your own site, you can insert the URL here. That is, this URL will typically point to a CSS file on your own site.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    Description<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t

    Here you can create a description of the group. If you have a bad memory, or if several of you are using groups at the same time. The description can also appear on the registration form if you wish.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    Background image URL<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t

    If you want an image as a background on the registration form, put it here.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    Always use sender name<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t

    This setting determines which sender name to use when sending to the group. You can select from the list. You can also choose to set it to not set.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    Disable incoming SMS to the group<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t

    You can send an SMS to SureSMS which is then forwarded to the group. This checkmark disables this feature.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    Double opt-in<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t

    If a user signs up for the list via the website, we are not sure that they have entered their own number or that they have simply entered it correctly. With double opt-in, we send an SMS to the number to be answered before the subscription is active.\u00a0<\/p>\n

    \n\t\t\tAdd new members to a group\t<\/h2>\n\t

    You can always add new members to an existing group. You need to create the new contact before you can add the contact to an existing group. Here you can see how to create a new contact.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n\t

    In the menu, select Address Book -> Groups\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

    Next to the Group you want to add a member to, click the blue pencil to edit the group.<\/p>\n

    On the right side of the screen you see a list of two lists: Contacts and Members. Contacts are all your contacts, while Members is the list of contacts that are members of this group.<\/p>\n

    Check the checkboxes next to the characters on the left side that you want to be included in the group.<\/p>\n

    Click on the green arrow.<\/p>\n

    Click on Save<\/p>\n

    Now the new contacts have joined the group.<\/p>\n

    \n\t\t\tRemove contact from a group\t<\/h2>\n\t

    It is possible to remove a contact from a group. This can either be done by deleting the contact completely (read more here<\/a>) or you can unsubscribe the contact from the group. See how below:<\/p>\n\t

    In the menu, select Address Book -> Groups<\/p>\n

    Next to the Group you want to add a member to, click the blue pencil to edit the group.<\/p>\n

    On the right side of the screen you see a list of two lists: Contacts and Members. Contacts are all your contacts, while Members is the list of contacts that are members of this group.<\/p>\n

    Find the contact you want to remove in the right list. Check the box next to this contact.<\/p>\n

    Click on the red arrow.<\/p>\n

    Click on Save<\/p>\n
