    \n\t\tMy SMS is listed as delivered, but it does not appear on the recipient's phone.\n\t<\/h1>\n\t

    If you find that the SureSMS overview shows that your SMS has been delivered, but it is not displayed on the recipient's phone, it may be because the recipient has blocked the display of your messages.<\/p>\n

    This typically happens if you send from with an alphanumeric sender name.<\/p>\n

    In other words, it's not SureSMS that's the problem. Nor the operators, but the recipient's phone.<\/p>\n

    \n\t\tThe recipient's phone is an Android\n\t<\/h2>\n\t

    To make the recipient's phone display the messages, the SPAM filter must be turned off on the phone. There are many different Android versions, so the screenshots below may not exactly match your phone. Try to see if that helps.<\/p>\n\t

      \t\n
    1. First, open SMS messages on your phone.<\/li>\n\n
    2. Then click on the menu in the top right corner<\/li>\n\n
    3. Then click Settings or Settings<\/li>\n\n
    4. If you have multiple SIM cards in your phone, select the relevant card<\/li>\n\n
    5. Now select SPAM protection<\/li>\n\n
    6. Turn off SPAM protection<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\"Android\n

      \n\t\tThe recipient's phone is an iPhone\n\t<\/h2>\n\t

      The iPhone is notorious for acknowledging an SMS on the network but not showing it to the user. There are a number of different reasons for this. There are settings on the iPhone that can block the display. For technical reasons, if a message has multiple segments (over 160 characters), the iPhone can sometimes choose not to display the message even if it has received both segments. Test by sending an SMS to the phone with a short text. If it gets through, that's the explanation.<\/p>\n

      Check that your iPhone is not blocking viewing by following the steps below.<\/p>\n\t

        1. First, open Settings on your phone<\/li>\n
        2. Next, find \"Messages\" under Apps<\/li>\n
        3. Go into the settings and click Blocked contacts<\/li>\n
        4. Check that the sender name you use from SureSMS is not on the list.<\/li>\n
        5. Make sure \"Filter unknown senders\" is not enabled<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
