    \n\t\t\tSender name and incoming phone number\t<\/h1>\n\t

    You can order a different phone number as the sender name or you can order a text as the sender name. It is also possible to order an incoming phone number. Read below to find out how.<\/p>\n

    \n\t\t\tCreate sender name \t<\/h2>\n\t

    You can choose to use a sender name when sending your SMS. E.g. SMS-Service or MyCompany as the sender. If you do this, the recipient will not be able to reply to your SMS. You can also choose to use a phone number. This could be the association's mobile number or the company's customer support. If you do this and the number is a mobile number, the recipient can reply to your SMS and the reply will be sent to this phone.<\/p>\n\t

    Log in to your SureSMS account here : https:\/\/app.suresms.com<\/a><\/p>\n

    In the menu, select Settings -> Sender name<\/em><\/p>\nIn the menu you can now choose between
    \nNew sender name
    \n<\/em>For example, if you want a sender that is your company name or service.\nRegister your own number
    \n<\/em>If you want the option to send from another phone number. When you select this, an SMS is sent to the number and the recipient must confirm that you can send on their behalf before the number is activated.\nIncoming SMS phone number
    \n<\/em>If you want to receive SMS messages on the SureSMS platform, select this option. It costs 99,- per month to have an incoming number.\n

    Click on the Order<\/em><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

    \n\t\t\tDelete sender name\t<\/h2>\n\t

    Log in to your SureSMS account here : https:\/\/app.suresms.com<\/a><\/p>\n

    In the menu, select Settings -> Sender name<\/em><\/p>\n

    Find the sender name you want to delete.<\/p>\n

    Click on the trash can next to the name.<\/p>\n

    Now type the sender name again in the field and click Delete.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

    \n\t\t\tCreate incoming phone number\t<\/h2>\n\t

    If you want to receive reply SMS directly on the SureSMS platform or on an email, you need a two-way SMS solution. The most important part of this solution is that you need to have a phone number with SureSMS that you can receive SMS messages on. This costs 99,- DKK per month. There is no termination on a number.<\/p>\n\t

    Log in to your SureSMS account here : https:\/\/app.suresms.com<\/a><\/p>\n

    Make sure you have more than 99,- in your account, otherwise go to online payment<\/p>\n

    In the menu, select Settings -> Sender name<\/em> and then\u00a0Choice\u00a0<\/em>in the top right corner.<\/p>\n

    Select Incoming SMS number <\/em>in the submenu<\/p>\n

    Select the incoming number you want from the list of available numbers<\/p>\n

    Click on the Order<\/em><\/p>\n

    Your incoming number is active immediately.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tIf you want to receive incoming SMS on email \n\t\t\t\t\t

    Click on the\u00a0Settings and preferences<\/em> in the menu<\/p>\n

    Click on the\u00a0Account<\/em><\/p>\n

    Click on the Account settings<\/em><\/p>\n

    Click on \"edit\"<\/p>\n

    Put a check mark in\u00a0Send incoming SMS as email<\/em><\/p>\n

    Make sure the email address is correct<\/p>\n

    Click on the Gem<\/em><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

    \n\t\t\tDelete incoming phone number\t<\/h2>\n\t

    If you no longer need an incoming SMS number, it's a good idea to delete it. This will prevent your recipients from sending to you by mistake and save you money. Read below how to delete an incoming SMS number.<\/p>\n\t

    Log in to your SureSMS account here : https:\/\/app.suresms.com<\/a><\/p>\n

    Make sure you have more than 99,- in your account, otherwise go to online payment<\/p>\n

    In the menu, select Settings -> Sender name<\/em><\/p>\n

    Click on the Delete <\/em>next to the number or name you want to delete<\/p>\n

    Type the number or name again and click OK<\/em><\/p>\n

    Your number will be deleted immediately. The number is billed on the 1st of every month.<\/p>\n

    You will not be refunded any amounts paid.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t
