    Remote support<\/a><\/h3>

    With Team Viewer we can provide direct support<\/h3>\n

    If our customers need more hands on help, we often use Team Viewer. Through this program we can provide remote support.<\/p>\n

    This means that even if we're in Hvidovre, Denmark and you're somewhere else, we can go directly into your computer and see what's wrong.<\/p>\n

    You give us temporary access to your computer by sharing an ID and password with us. The access is of course temporary and will be deleted as soon as the program is shut down.<\/p>\n
