Data Processing Agreement for SureSMS
We offer our Data Processing Agreement, which is developed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This agreement ensures correct and secure handling of personal data that SureSMS processes on behalf of our customers. It is important that you as a customer fill in your own information to make the agreement valid.
What needs to be filled in?
The Data Processing Agreement contains fields that must be completed by you as a customer in order for it to be properly customized for your business:
- Customer name and address: Fill in your company name, address and CVR number.
- Contact details: Enter your relevant contact details such as name, email and phone number.
- Purpose of data processingCustomize the purpose of the SMS your company sends. This could be, for example, "to inform about reservations, deliveries or offers".
- Categories of data: Specify the types of personal data being processed, such as name, address or phone number, as well as the categories of people involved (e.g. customers, employees).
All fields where your specific information needs to be included are marked so you can easily identify and fill them in.
