There are many different variants of shop and automation systems. When setting up your systems as a shop owner, you need to decide where the shop system stops and the automation system takes over. What should you be aware of when sending SMS?

When you send SMS from your shop system, the price of SMS can actually determine which shop system you should choose. For example, if the price is $1, it can quickly become expensive to send a great offer to all your customers and it can turn out to be bad business. Therefore, even if the shop system has built-in SMS functionality, it may be worth looking at alternatives.

In addition to Price there are also a number of features you should be aware of.

Attachments

When you send out an SMS with a great offer, a promotion or new products, you have the option to attach files. We see that many customers have had very good experiences with sending out videos in SMS messages. Here the product can be presented elegantly and adequately. It can also be a PDF file with prices if what you sell has seasonal prices or similar. There are many possibilities with attachments.
