Scheduling messages

SureSMS has a built-in calendar. This feature allows you to decide and set when your messages are sent out.

SMS reminders

Probably the most common use of SMS gateways in Denmark today is sending reminders. You probably know it from your hairdresser, dentist, mechanic, library and many other places.

Typically, the system used by the hairdresser, dentist or library (the source system) is connected to an SMS gateway. When an event occurs in the source system - for example, a book being returned - the source system sends a message to the SMS gateway to send a message. The SMS gateway's responsibility is to ensure the delivery of the message via SMS.

Schedule the sending of your SMS messages

Letting our gateway send scheduled messages and reminders to your users is an easy and simple feature that many of our customers enjoy.

Whether it's the yoga instructor sending out messages about classes or the dentist sending out notifications about check-ups. It's a classic Gateway feature with a lot of possibilities.

Schedule sending to lists

SureSMS has a PREMIUM feature that supports setting messages to be sent daily, weekdays, weekly, monthly or yearly. And with us, all our customers are Premium customers!

Your computer should not be turned on

The system will send the messages regardless of whether your computer is turned on or not, because the message is already on our server.

And our servers are ALWAYS on!

Undo scheduled messages

You can always delete the messages you have scheduled to send again. Just like you have an Inbox and an Outbox in your mail client, you also have a "Scheduled messages" folder where all the messages you have scheduled in the future are stored. It's easy and clear to find and edit the message.

How easy it is to schedule SMS sending

  1. Type your message in the text field
  2. Click the "More" button in the menu
  3. Select shipping date and time
  4. Click send!
