Receive SMS on your computer
Do you need to receive SMS messages from your customers? Or do you want to send SMS messages to groups directly from SMS? Then 2-way SMS could be the solution for you.
If you already have an SMS account where you send messages to your users, it can be both a need and a good service that the recipient can reply back.
Receive SMS in your inbox
All SMS messages received on your number are stored in your inbox at http://app.suresms.com/. From here you can easily reply to the message directly in your browser.
Receive SMS in your mailbox
It is also possible to enable SMS-2-Email so that we forward incoming SMSes to your email address. When you receive the email, you can simply click "reply" and we will send the reply as an SMS.
Receive SMS as webhook
It is also possible to receive a so-called webhook on your own server. We make an HTTP call to a website that you have created. We set up our system to know your address (end-point). When we receive an SMS message on your hosted number, we put it in your Inbox and make an HTTP call to your website.
Auto-reply on incoming messages
You have the option, via our flow, to set up an auto-reply when you receive an SMS on your incoming number.
General for our 2-way solutions:
- There is no cost to receive SMS messages on the number. Regardless of the number of texts we forward to you, it's included in the subscription.
- The SMS messages you send from your 2-way solution will be charged at the applicable rate. See our SMS gateway prices here.

- For both solutions, the SMS can be answered from both our website and your own mailbox.
- Our 2-way solution supports receiving Flash messages.

Why we choose hosted SIM and VLN numbers
Technically, there are different ways to create a solution where the recipient can reply to your messages.
One option in the market is to use so-called media codes and shortcodes. Using a 4-digit media code and a password, the customer can reply to your messages, for example, if you have a cheese shop, you get the media code "Cheese". When someone sends a message to a short code - e.g. 9944, they have to write "OST" first and then the message afterwards.The problem with this solution is that it is complex for the customer. Honestly! Who knows they have to type OST? Your message will sound like this: "Dear Signe. The items you ordered have arrived. To reply to this message, send an SMS to 9944 with the word OST followed by the message."
In addition to being complicated and with a high risk of communication errors, it's an expensive solution to implement. At Sure SMS, we believe that it should be easy and profitable for our customers.
We have therefore chosen to offer a - in our opinion - better solution!
Our 2-way SMS solution
With Sure SMS, you receive your reply on a mobile number that is yours only. This means that you receive ALL messages written to this number. When you send your message out, it is sent from the same number. It's simple communication for the customer with a much smaller margin of error.
You write: "Dear Signe. The items you ordered have arrived." If Signe wants to reply to the message, she simply presses "reply" and types the answer.
