    Address book - Groups - 01

It is the name of the group itself. There is reasonable freedom of choice here. However, the group cannot start with a number. It is also not allowed to use parentheses.

If the publicly available signup form needs to use the stylesheet from your own site, you can insert the URL here. That is, this URL will typically point to a CSS file on your own site.

Here you can create a description of the group. If you have a bad memory, or if several of you are using groups at the same time. The description can also appear on the registration form if you wish.

If you want an image as a background on the registration form, put it here.

This setting determines which sender name to use when sending to the group. You can select from the list. You can also choose to set it to not set.

You can send an SMS to SureSMS which is then forwarded to the group. This checkmark disables this feature.

If a user signs up for the list via the website, we are not sure that they have entered their own number or that they have simply entered it correctly. With double opt-in, we send an SMS to the number to be answered before the subscription is active.

    Create incoming phone number

If you want to receive reply SMS directly on the SureSMS platform or on an email, you need a two-way SMS solution. The most important part of this solution is that you need to have a phone number with SureSMS that you can receive SMS messages on. This costs 99,- DKK per month. There is no termination on a number.

Log in to your SureSMS account here : https://app.suresms.com

Make sure you have more than 99,- in your account, otherwise go to online payment

In the menu, select Settings -> Sender name and then Choice in the top right corner.

Select Incoming SMS number in the submenu

Select the incoming number you want from the list of available numbers

    Click on the Order

Your incoming number is active immediately.

Click on the Settings and preferences in the menu

    Click on the Account

    Click on the Account settings

    Click on "edit"

Put a check mark in Send incoming SMS as email

Make sure the email address is correct

    Click on the Gem

    Delete incoming phone number

If you no longer need an incoming SMS number, it's a good idea to delete it. This will prevent your recipients from sending to you by mistake and save you money. Read below how to delete an incoming SMS number.

Log in to your SureSMS account here : https://app.suresms.com

Make sure you have more than 99,- in your account, otherwise go to online payment

In the menu, select Settings -> Sender name

Click on the Delete next to the number or name you want to delete

Type the number or name again and click OK

Your number will be deleted immediately. The number is billed on the 1st of every month.

You will not be refunded any amounts paid.
