Integrate SureSMS into your own system

Sender name

You can decide who should be the sender of the message. Possibilities could be your business phone number or business name. The only limitation - set by the telecom companies - is that the sender ID can be a maximum of 11 characters.

With a 2-way solution, your customers can reply to your messages and you have the opportunity to have a dialog with your customers. For example, about a missing spare part, a repair offer, a returned item, etc. From here you can also send out user surveys to customers and customers can sign up for events or subscriptions via so-called KEYWORDS.
