Safety and security

Access to data

Only our Danish authorized employees with a duty of confidentiality, employed by SureSMS, have access to your data.

Backup

We continuously backup all data to ensure that it is not lost. The backup is stored in different physical locations and the restoration time is tested to 2 hours.

Automatic deletion

We offer to systematically delete messages if our customers request it. For example, if the messages contain sensitive personal information. This can be set up directly from our WEB portal.

Encryption

All communication to and from SureSMS is encrypted with the latest technology. This means that the transmission is always secure. Data stored at SureSMS is also encrypted.

Monitoring

Systems that keep an eye on systems. We monitor delivery quality, delivery speed, uptime, availability and much more.

Uptime

We guarantee an uptime of 99.99%, but in the last year it has been 99.998%.
